Operational Structure

Work Packages

The WANECAM3 workplan is organized into six interconnected Work Packages (WPs), bringing together complementary expertise from African and European partner institutions.

Together, the six WPs cover project coordination, scientific leadership, clinical trials, capacity strengthening, transmission studies, molecular surveillance, antimalarial drug resistance, communication, dissemination and exploitation.

Project Coordination & Administration

Overall management, financial governance, and administrative oversight to ensure seamless execution across all participating partner institutions.
